missingWrote a review on Jan 07cozy loungeinviting barbroken window
We had a pleasant stay with great amenities like the cozy lounge and the inviting bar area to unwind after a long day. The only hiccup was a slightly broken window that let in some daylight, but it didn't ruin our time, and we managed to get the radiator working. I'd recommend bringing some warm layers if it’s wintertime! 😊

The location offers easy access to the main routes, making it a good spot for travelers moving through the region. The pricing is competitive, likely making it an attractive option for those with limited budgets.
The bed in the Twin Room was on wheels, which caused it to shift when sitting down, though it was comfortable enough for one partner. There were issues with bathroom drain smells that might bother some, and dealing with a malfunctioning key card was a hassle. also, the room lacked adequate heating during damp weather, but a portable heater was provided. In another room, the mattress was barely manageable, described as feeling like it had seen better days with springs protruding. Noise from doors and windows kept me awake at times as well, which could be a point to consider for light sleepers.

The breakfast was delicious with freshly cooked options that really hit the spot! ❤️ The room was a bit outdated, and I wish there were more plug sockets.

Had a blast with my friends! Close to the Millenium Stadium and Cardiff Castle, so easy to get around. The staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. Breakfast was freshly cooked and the bar area was a nice chill spot. a great place for a group getaway.
Only downside was the lack of a fridge in the room, which would have been handy for drinks.

missingWrote a review on Nov 13packed mealcomfortable roombus transportation
Comfortable room, excellent packed meal, as we had a very early start to catch our 6:00 flight, we opted for a £5.50 packed meal to take to the airport, and the value exceeded the price with a freshly cooked bacon roll included. The bar/lounge area and the convenient bus transportation to Cardiff attractions made our stay enjoyable.
No issues here.

The staff here seemed happy to help, especially when it came to sorting out food for my son. They really went the extra mile to make sure he got what he could eat. The food itself was top-notch, seriously, some of the best I've had. And let's not forget, the beds were huge and comfy, felt good after a long drive.
Wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

The room was really spacious and warm, which I loved. The bed was comfortable, so I got a good night's sleep. Plenty of tea, coffee, and biscuits were provided, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was good-sized too. Can't complain about the cleanliness—it was all tidy. We had decent extras, like complimentary toiletries. a comfortable stay!

Decent Stay Near the Airport
Pleasantly surprised by the attentive staff and complimentary parking. The room felt outdated and could use a thorough clean, but the late-night convenience made up for it. Recommend checking in early to enjoy nearby dining options for an easy meal before settling in.

missingWrote a review on Sept 14helpful staffexcellent mealsnoisy environmentsoft mattress
The room I stayed in was clean and welcoming. First impressions were good with a bright foyer. I loved being able to open the window for some fresh air. The shower had great pressure and was hot, which was perfect after a long day. I appreciated the plenty of tea and coffee supplies, a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I had an excellent evening meal, and the breakfast bags available for early departures were a great idea. the main road outside was very noisy early in the morning with cars dropping off passengers. This disrupted my sleep as I could hear the sounds from 3 a.m. onwards. the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking, affecting my comfort during the night. I would consider staying again, especially for the food and the lovely staff.
